We gather certain information from users of SpringNotes and this website. This Privacy Policy details the information we collect, how we collect it and how we use it.
We collect information solely to provide support services and to improve SpringNotes.
1. SpringNotes app.
At no stage is data entered into SpringNotes transmitted from the application, unless specifically exported by you, or synced using iCloud[1]. The app has a manual setting to disable or enable iCloud sync (which is on by default). All Data synced or backed up to iCloud is encrypted (minimum of 128-bit AES encryption). User content stored in a cloud storage is subject to the user agreements and privacy policies of the cloud service.
By accessing or using SpringNotes, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy and that you agree to it. You consent to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, irrespective of which country you live or use the SpringNotes product.
2. Website Visitors
Information you provide to us by using the Contact form on this website to seek information or report a problem will only be used by us to improve the product or to communicate with you regarding your request.
All information and data collected will not be revealed to others, however we reserve the right to disclose such data and personal information when doing so is necessary to comply with the law or law enforcement, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect our legal rights.
